Can I update or change the information for a contact I have already added into Catchlight?

If you update any of the core data points (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Street Address) it may trigger a re-enrichment. Any additional or updated information about a contact could uncover new data and contribute to their Catchlight score. This re-enrichment counts toward your profile limit. If you would like to proceed with updating the core data points, you can do so in the lead profile page by clicking the three horizontal dots to the right of the lead’s name, selecting “Edit lead info,” and updating the information as necessary before clicking “Update lead information” at the bottom of the page to save.

Any other data points that were added to a contact during the initial file upload or CRM sync (such as Marketing Channel or Source) may be adjusted in the web application without re-enrichment using the same steps as listed above.
