How do I remove or un-sync contacts I've connected through Redtail?

You can edit your syncing settings and mapping preferences for Redtail using the following steps:

  1. Once you’re logged into your Catchlight account, select “Integrations” from the menu at the top of the page
  2. Click the “Edit settings” link on the Redtail option
  3. Choose from either the “Contact statuses,” “Tag groups,” or “Keywords” sections to un-check the box for any contact group you no longer wish to sync to Catchlight. You may also check off additional boxes if you’d like to add new groups in their place.
  4. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page after you finished updating your settings.

          To disconnect your Redtail account from Catchlight, follow steps 1-2 above and then click “Disconnect systems” at the top of the configuration page.
