I’ve connected my CRM; how often does the data sync?

Once you've successfully connected your CRM to Catchlight, if you've enabled "automatic sync" via the checkbox, your CRM integration will ingest data into Catchlight on a nightly basis and write data back into your CRM on a nightly basis. If you leave the "automatic sync" checkbox toggled to disabled, you will be able to do a one-time import by choosing the custom tags, contact statuses, etc. that you desire.
