What data can I sync from Redtail to Catchlight?

Once you’ve successfully connected Redtail to Catchlight, you can map Redtail contact statuses, tag groups, and keywords to Catchlight statuses—you can mix and match. Mapped keywords will be honored above tag groups, and tag groups honored before contact statuses. See below for a sample mapping of Redtail contact statuses and their associated Catchlight status:
