What data from Catchlight and Redtail will be available to view in each platform?

What data will I see in Catchlight from Redtail?

Once you’ve successfully connected Redtail to Catchlight, you'll see imported individuals from Redtail on your Catchlight dashboard with their associated, enriched Catchlight Profile and custom tags.

What data will I see in Redtail from Catchlight?

Once you’ve successfully connected Redtail to Catchlight, by default bi-directional data syncing is enabled. Enriched contacts you sync to Catchlight via your Redtail integration will have key Catchlight data fields available in Redtail as User Defined Fields, or “UDFs.” Any existing statuses, keywords, or tag groups chosen to sync will now be updated with the following Catchlight data underneath the UDF section:

  • Age Range
  • Catchlight Score
  • Estimated Household Income
  • Estimated Household Investable Assets
  • Financial Interests
  • Hobbies
  • Life Events

If you would like to opt-out of two-way Catchlight data syncing, you can let us know at support@catchlight.ai and the setting will be disabled.

NOTE: In order for Catchlight data to sync back to Redtail in the form of User Defined Fields (UDFs), the Redtail account you choose to sync to Catchlight must have administrative rights in Redtail.

If you do not have administrative rights, you can still import data from Redtail into Catchlight. However, Catchlight data will not appear in Redtail.
