What contact information is needed to create a profile?

At minimum, we need a first name, last name, and one identifying piece of information from the following:

• Phone number

• Email address

• Home address

If you have the option, personal contact info (personal email, personal cell phone) is typically better than business contact info. Personal email and personal phone are more often used in personal consumption scenarios (purchases, consumer behaviors, etc.) and often has a stronger association than a work email or a work phone, which may be used infrequently in those personal scenarios.
