• Catchlight^SM is a standalone brand representing a subset of services provided by Catchlight Insights LLC (“Catchlight”), an affiliate of various entities that offer products and services to the public. Any such other products and services may be subject to terms of use that are different than these Terms.
• This website is operated by Catchlight, who may modify these Terms at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the Terms can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms of Use” link located at the bottom of this website. Any continued use of the website after such modifications shall constitute acceptance by you of such changes.
• Certain sections of this website may contain separate terms and conditions, which are in addition to these Terms. You should read those additional terms and conditions carefully. By accessing such sections or pages, you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions. You agree not to provide any information pertaining to any person residing in jurisdictions for which Catchlight may notify you in writing from time to time.
