We continue to build out our integrations with CRM partners, most recently deepening our integration with Redtail. Firms using Redtail can now directly access Catchlight data within their CRM. Records are automatically enriched with Catchlight data every night, allowing advisors to personalize their messages and engage prospects more efficiently.

With this improved coverage, firms and advisors can create more powerful segments and design strategic campaigns to engage prospects. For example, firms could use Catchlight data to target prospects who work at employers where they have experience in helping breakdown and understand the benefits package to offer immediate, personalized value to their prospects. Or target a segment of prospects for an exclusive event at their alma matter.

Additionally, we released an update that brings our Generative AI emails to the next level including dynamic call-to-actions that are designed to prompt an immediate response to supercharge your effectiveness.
